Rehearsal space available in a commercial loft. The entire space is 800sq. ft. and is shared between three bands.
Two of them have been respectful, courteous tennants for over two years each. Seeking a third band to round it out.
The band would be able to set up and permanantly store their equipment as long as they're a tennant.
Rent is $460/month, due in full on the first of each month
One month security deposit is required. There is also a key deposit. All deposits will be returned if all rents have been paid, and one month's (30 days) notice has been given.
The studio is located at the corner of Franklin st. and Greenpoint Avenue in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, one block away from the Greenpoint Avenue stop on the G train.
Move-in date is October 1st.
