That's right! I'm the host, and I'm allowed to say that. So what if I quote, myself? I'm so darn sure that this is the best open-mic in New York City, that if you disagree, I'll gladly say, without hesitation, "Everything is relative, I suppose."
But seriously -- I love this open-mic, and you're welcome to check it out, and share in that love. However you spell it, the Carlitos Project Open Mic / Open Mike is a supportive, nurturing space for artists to get their groove on. And everything will stay completely professional.
Come on down, all: musicians, poets, comedians, performance artists, dreamers, lovers, haters, dopers and daters, scallywags and layabouts, and eveyone who just wants to share something with non-computer-generated forms.
